They always play an important role in student's life. The tradition of celebrating cultural fests are widespread in BGS, college festival is not just about fun but it augments a student's learning experience.''kalothsava- 2019'' Division level cultural meet organized by BGS PU College chikkaballapur underlined the importance of such cultural fests.

It helped the students to stage their talent and get recognition on a great scale.

Our young BGS clump triumphant SACST Chikkaballapur division-Bengaluru district championship by procuring 8 first and 2 second places in many events, it's an exuberant movement for team BGS, An overwhelming experience for the competitors for  having  given their best.
