January 26 marks an important day in India's history. In 1950, the country became a republic after attaining independence three years earlier. On this very day, the most important document in the country, our constitution came into effect as well and is considered always.
Every year, this day is celebrated with great excitement and show around the country. Everybody watches the grand parade that takes place in New Delhi. Not only that, global public and political figure graces the country with their presence as the chief guest.
